During 5 weeks, the REWIRE Festival 2013’s Momentum exhibition at GEMAK shows different contributions to the search for creative dynamics.

Inspired by the self organizing qualities of international protest movements as well as the younger generations’ DIY mentalitycurator Juha van ’t Zelfde will explore the posibilities and impossibilities of art that needs to happen right now with, among others, the artists Aditya Mandayam, Berend Strik, CM von Hausswolff, Giorgio Andreotta Calo, Haroon Mirza, Jonas Lund, Lyndsey Housden, Nishiko and Roger Hiorns.

Momentum is a co-productie of REWIRE Festival, State X New Forms and GEMAK.
